hi guys!

so I told you guys I’d update you on how the Ultimate Reset was going, so I did like 3 days and then I was like this is too hard. I just came up with a ton of excuses my biggest one: my family was all eating unhealthy food around me…blah blah blah just excuses! So I restarted and I’m proud to say that I’m currently on day 8!! lol and exciting news I’ve lost 6 pounds so far! I mean that’s insane also my sleeping habits have completely changed. Before I could sleep for 10 hours and when I woke up I’d feel like I’d only been asleep for a couple of hours. I used to sleep until 12, 1, and sometime 2 (on my off days) now I wake up at around 9 am! That’s insane its going really well so far and I can’t wait to see more results!!

Looking for a serious upper body workout? Go to YouTube and type in ‘seal fit Man Maker’ I currently cannot lift my arms. I’ve been doing man makers at home with bricks, but today at the gym….I hit the 15lb dumbbells 3X5…and I lost count on some of my push up reps and did 3 instead of 2…so I probably ended up doing anywhere between 35-40 push ups plus the presses and rows….Spartan Race here I come.
